REFUND POLICY

If you receive a damaged product and wish to return it, to start the return process, reply to your order confirmation email. We’ll send you return instructions and a return authorization number. Make sure to write this number on the outside of the return package.

Conditions for Return:

  • The knife/tool must be unused and in its original box. All original packaging should remain intact.
  • We don’t accept returns for used or soiled items. We only accept returns for damaged products.
  • The returned item must reach us within 14 calendar days of your receipt.

Refunds:

Once your return is processed and approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

If your goods arrives damaged, don't worry! We offer professional repair and restoration services to bring your item back to its best condition.Please send it to our repair center for repair.

Non - returnable & Non - exchangeable Items:

discontinued styles, and custom orders won’t be accepted for return or exchange.

All returned items will undergo inspection. During holiday seasons, return processing may take up to 30 days.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If you want to cancel your order, notify us as soon as possible. We’ll provide a cancellation confirmation number. Note that we can’t cancel orders that have already shipped.

If you refuse delivery, you’ll receive store credit (minus the initial freight) once the item is sent back to our location.
